There is still plenty to work on for Clifton but management and players will have been pleased with a number of aspects to the game. Thanks to Glamorgan Wanderers for  what was a useful exercise for both teams who showed considerable skill despite the heavy downpours throughout. Also pleasing for Clifton will have been the performance by the remaining members of the squad away at Avonmouth who currently sit in South West 1. The scores were tied going into the last third when Avonmouth pulled away.

 Three tough pre season games to go with Old Reds on Weds 19:30 KO at home, Bristol on Friday 19:30 KO at home and Clevedon the following Saturday 14:30 KO away.
