Clifton u9s Two Clifton under-9 sides had a superb morning with a clean sweep of victories over tough-tackling visitors Thornbury. In the first round of games the Clifton teams won 8-2 and 6-3, while in the second round the scores were 5-4 and an emphatic 10-1. Congratulations to all the players in both Clifton sides for their dogged defence against sizeable opposition, with special mention for the outstanding tackling of Finn and Alex Reid. Well done to everyone for a great all-round effort.
