Clifton u9s Two Clifton under-9 sides had a superb morning with a clean sweep of victories over tough-tackling visitors Thornbury. In the first round of games the Clifton teams won 8-2 and 6-3, while in the second round the scores were 5-4 and an emphatic 10-1. Congratulations to all the players in both Clifton sides for their dogged defence against sizeable opposition, with special mention for the outstanding tackling of Finn and Alex Reid.
