Clifton   14 -	65 Shelford

Clifton fell to a very disappointing loss against an impressive Shelford side on Saturday. Going in at half time still well in the game at 20 - 14 down, Clifton's normally good defence deserted them in the second half where a four try burst early on took the game well out of reach before Shelford piled on the misery late on with 3 further tries. A hugely disappointing day but Clifton will no doubt be very keen to put a big effort to raise their performance next week in their last game of the season to ensure that a good season - which again will see them finish as the highest placed Bristol club (other than Bristol) - finishes on a high.
