Independent arbitration now required to determine how CRFC met the  Sausage team challenge for combined times of first four finishers in each team.

Dispute followed a Butcombe fuelled discussion post race at the Sausage concerning guest runners, ringers and the visa status of the Australian barmaid who, we believe, turned in a fast time.

Sausage manager, Simon Quarrie, ran a PB of 49 minutes and the young sous chef 45 minutes.  Should a boy friend of a waitress be included?   Guest Ross Opie, Firebrands hockey player and considerably younger than his father, blitzed around in 41 minutes.

Emily Kent, spotted and recruited post race, at 55 minutes clearly beat all the Sausage girls to be the ladies champion.

No sign of any current players----where do they hide post season?
