Welcome to Clifton Juniors which provides high quality coaching for the Under 13 to Under 17 age groups. All the coaches are either Level One or Two qualified and we have over 50 of them in the club which provides an excellent ratio for coaching. The Head Coach of the club is Matt Salter and Mark Regan the Bristol, England and British Lions hooker is the forwards coach. Needless to say we benefit hugely from having this experience at the club.

The philosophy of the Juniors which is in line with RFU policy is to provide quality coaching for all the boys and girls regardless of ability so everyone has an opportunity to develop to their maximum potential in a fun atmosphere. The emphasis is on developing the fundamental skills of running, throwing, jumping, hopping and bounding "the ABC's" of athletics whilst developing their rugby skills and knowledge. We have some of the best pitches in the South West and occasionally the children get to play on the stadium pitch which is also used for some Junior Internationals.
