Admission by programme is £3. A team of car parking attendants will be there to assist - please follow their instructions to ensure the safety of all our young rugby players and visitors.

Registration is from 0900 to 0945hrs in the clubhouse. This be followed by a general coaches' briefing and then individual on-pitch briefings for age group coaches and referees. Pitch maps are in the programme and fixture sheets will be available on the day.

We will have a range of hot and cold refreshments available including a cake stall and a tuck shop. The bar will of course be open.

A fantastic raffle has been put together - £1 for a strip of tickets and a range of prizes including a Dyson V8 Animal cordless vacuum, 2 tickets for England v Australia at the Oval next summer, a round of golf for 4 at Celtic Manor, a butcher's Christmas hamper, signed rugby balls from Bristol and Bath, a signed Bath Rugby shirt, a mixed case of 6 bottles of wine and various Oddballs and England Rugby clothing.

We look forward to welcoming all our visitors and in particular the young players on Sunday for what should be a brilliant festival of Minis rugby.
