Nomads are the most beautiful Clifton Team by far.

This week we have 2 possible "all ability" sessions, in addition to the usual 1st/2nd team sessions. Both sessions are FREE, but you can make a voluntary donation e.g. £1

This Monday 8th August, there will be Touch Rugby game-based activities from 6:30 pm until approx 8 pm. This will be loosely structured to start with, but we hope to progress this, with the possibility of some fitness, and potentially split groups off for Nomads (men's 3rd team) preparation in due course. All abilities and new players very welcome.

The Monday sessions are intended for adults (female and male), and potentially our older youth players e.g. under 16/17/18. This is a great opportunity to keep fit and for those preparing to play non-contact or contact rugby.

The Wednesday multi-sport/touch rugby sessions will continue as before, for “all ages”, so the next of these will be this Wednesday 10th August, 6:30 to 8 pm at Clifton Rugby Club.

If you want to have an enjoyable run-around and build those rugby skills at the same time, this is for you. This is a great activity for all the family, and good for fitness, perhaps as a lead-in to pre-season training, if that's your aim. New players especially welcome, and parallel to this Colts training will also run.

For more information on either session, or to let us know if you’re coming, please contact Andy White andywhite@cliftonrugby.co.uk 07971 544709. For the latest updates, please view, like and share the Clifton Summer Sessions Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/cliftonrugbysummersessions/

Note that 1st/2nd team sessions run on Tuesdays and Thursdays. If you're interested, contact Andy who will pass on your contact details.
