The Clifton 2nd XV hosted Bournemouth 2nd XV at home this afternoon. This was an impressive performance by a side, which is now under the new management of Player/Coach Michael Barber and Coach Aftab Hamid. The final score at Station Road was 40-0, which snubbed an unbeaten record of the visiting side. A vast improvement since Clifton Wanderers lost 45-12 to Bournemouth back in October.

Next weekend the 1st XV back on the main pitch against challengers Barnstaple. The last time these sides met saw Clifton Rugby narrow loose 24-22 in a close game at Pottington Road.

It's sure to be an entertaining match and we look forward to seeing you there.
