Former Director of Rugby, Darren is highly-regarded in in the area for his reputation of seeking out raw talent at an early stage from both the amateur and semi-professional game. He also brings excellent coaching and analysis experience. Darren’s role will include scouting young and new talent in England and Wales whilst assisting Matt Salter in the strategic development of the playing squad and facilities over the coming seasons.
