Clifton U12s in one horse race at local Derby

North Bristol are just the other side of the M5 from Clifton and it is always good to welcome them to Clifton. With a small Clifton squad available it was a case of playing the players who turned up.

North Bristol are a friendly team and we always enjoy our encounters.

Clifton were slow to start the match and it was awhile before we got the first try but we finished the half 20-0 up. Clifton took the opportunity to practice some of the moves in the backs which paid off in the second half. There was some great flowing rugby and quick hands which saw the final score finish at 50-0.

North Bristol were close on a couple of occasions getting over the Clifton line but unable to ground the ball. North Bristol showed great resilience as well as spirit and the players never gave up,
