About 20 mini parents and children joined the pre-match lunch for the Henley game. Probably one of the first time that children had been to one of these lunches, so brought the average age down considerably!

It was a very relaxed atmosphere. The children had their own table and seemed to enjoy it, particularly the superb home made burgers.

Even though it is the club house that we go to every Sunday, the feeling was very different being their on a Saturday for a pre-1st XV lunch. Maybe because we were not coaching or did not have our own game on.

It was very relaxed and a great way of getting to catch up with parents who you don't always have chance to on a Sunday.

I recommend other age groups to get a group together and attend. the lunch is open to anyone.
