U15s lose narrowly to Cleve
Clifton ahead at half time but run out of steam. Match report by man-of-the-match, Ben Morgan
Despite the score, Clifton can keep their heads held high with the performance that we gave against Cleve. And there is no shame in losing to a good side.
The first half was an outstanding show of talent and hunger with great tackling and heart. Although we seemed to let this slip during the end of the second half when fatigue started to kick in and we began to give away penalties. With some things to work on, we can still stay that we gave a fantastic performance against one of the current best teams in Bristol.
We also found two great kickers in that match: Jamie who scored our 3 points and Ethan, who showed that a bicycle kick can be achieved by a rugby player. Thankfully it was an advantage otherwise he wouldn't have been playing much longer!
