Reigning champions Ireland proved during the autumn internationals that they remain the team to beat after three victories out of three.
But all RBS 6 Nations sides enjoyed some promising results in November, with Wales ending their southern hemisphere hoodoo after victory against South Africa and an improving Scotland under Vern Cotter running New Zealand close.
England will be looking for a dress rehearsal just a few months before the Rugby World Cup kicks off.
This a chance to see Lancaster's men at Twickenham as they try and build momentum and plan for the Autumn.
The tickets will be offered on a ballot basis - if a particular set of tickets is over subscribed, there will be a draw.
