Clifton prop Elliott Booley has announced his retirement from rugby. Booley had played over 110 games in the National Leagues which included two spells at Clifton and Cinderford as well a representing Somerset, before sustaining nerve injury in his neck.
"Earlier this year I had to take the decision to retire from rugby due to injury and hang my boots up for good. I've been in the trenches with some of the best people over the years; Played 110 games in the National League and it's been an honour to play this game with so many people, it's made me the person I am today. Thanks for the memories"
