Bruce to take Skills Coach role at European Challenge Cup Champions

Clifton Rugby will say goodbye to Bruce Reihana at the end of June as he leaves to join Philippe Saint-Andre's Montpellier as Skills Coach next season.

Bruce has been a fantastic addition to the coaching staff since he signed from Bristol Bears last July and his knowledge and input has been a valuable part of the squad's development over the last 12 months. Bruce's skills sessions and superb insight into the game as well as the energy he has brought to the squad, working with players on 1:1 basis and as a whole have been exceptional.

The offer of a return to professional sport and what will prove to be an exciting adventure with the newly crowned European Challenge Cup Champions is one that the club are pleased to see Bruce take. As a club, there is a huge sadness over his departure but everyone at Clifton Rugby wishes Bruce the very best for his next chapter and we look forward to the remaining time Bruce will continue to work with the squad.

The club will continue to keep a close relationship with Bruce as Station Road will remain the successful Reihana Rugby Hub for the foreseeable future and we look forward to seeing Bruce and family back at the club in the future.
