Salter rotates squad as Bate, Jones and Quinn make debuts.

Clifton have made a number of changes from the side that beat Dings last week as they look to continue their good start to their National League campaign. Hooker Jack Williams starts ahead of Luke Stratford, who drops to the bench whilst Ricky Cano makes his 3rd start of the season and Mark Roberts comes in for Jack Spencer.

In the Second Row, Joe Quinn makes his return to a Clifton shirt following his re-signing from Hartpury and he is partnered with last weeks man of the match, Mathew Hall.
The back row sees Tom Wilson make his first start at 6, whilst Niall Gibbons continues at 8. Harry Bate starts at 7; the former Blackheath Openside signed from the National 1 club earlier in the week and comes straight into the starting line up, having impressed in training over the last 3 weeks.

Mitch Spencer and Brad Barnes continue at half backs, with Sam Harrison and captain Chris Levesley continue their partnership at centre. Bentley Halpin is retained on the wing, with Cameron McDonald shifting from wing to fullback.

Scotland U18 international Tom Jones makes his first start on the wing. The Clifton colt product has worked hard this pre-season and fully deserves his opportunity having performed well for the Wanderers and in Pre-Season.

The bench sees Stratford and Spencer join Henry Harper, Sam Taylor and Kieran Griffiths in completing the 20.

"We have made some changes, rotated some boys in and out. We have some momentum at the moment and we have better depth than we have had before; we do not lose anything by way of quality as we have some very good players that are yet to have a crack. It's a long season, 15 games head down till Christmas and it is important we keep boys fresh and motivated.

Bury are a big physical team who play with a lot of width, they will look to stretch us so we have identified that as an area we need to be mindful of. We have started well but we haven't quite hit our straps in the last two weeks, we need to get our heads in the game early and keep our momentum but we are excited to see what this group if players can produce this week. "
