Clifton returned to Pre-Season training, albeit briefly last week as the squad under took their baseline re-tests in preparation for the start of the summer block of strength and conditioning.

The large majority of the squad assembled to complete baseline yo-yo tests, having completed the original baseline in the final week of the season in the run up to the game against Old Reds in April.

The squad will now have a final week off before they gather on 2nd July for the start of Block 1.
The large majority of last seasons squad will be joined by a number of new faces as Clifton look to build upon a successful 2018/19.

30th August - Cardiff Met (a)
