Reihana Rugby is launching their train like a pro day on Friday 4th June, 11am-4pm at Clifton Rugby.
From becoming a professional player at the age of 19, with careers spanning The Chiefs, Northampton Saints, Bordeaux-Begles and the All Blacks followed by a career as a professional, Bruce Reihana has in-depth knowledge and understanding of what it takes to be a professional.
Reihana Rugby is running a dedicated Pro Day to 14-17 players who aspire to become a professional and take their training skills to the next level.
The day will focus around coaching with Bruce and his team as well as Strength and Conditioning with Clifton Rugby Head of S&C, Joe Rymell. Nutritional and Mental Health Awareness Guidance will also be provided in a day tailored to have a glimpse of life like a pro.
Pro Day takes place on 4th June at Clifton Rugby 11am - 4pm.
