Clifton Wanderers return to action in Gloucester Premier this weekend as league leaders with a trip to Cheltenham Saracens after a well deserved rest weekend. They will be looking to continue where they left off after an emphatic win against neighbours Bristol Saracens in their last outing.

Player/coach Finken returns to the helm following playing duties for the 1st XV, linking up with Gaynor and Turner in the front row. New recruit Allen joins Powell in the second row. Kitchen moves up from the Nomads (3rd XV) for his Wanderers competetive season debut to partner Mortimer on the flanks. Squire returns at 8 for the absent Broady, who retains his 1st XV place following a strong performance last week.

Luxford and Barnes continue their newly formed halfback partnership. Kelly also rejoins the Wanderers following a spell with the 1st XV and links up with Ward in the centre, scorer of no less than 5 tries in his last run out against Bristol Saracens. Joyce and Sloan retain their places in the back three and are joined by another new face Forrester.

Morgan retains his spot on the bench, having impressed after moving up from the Nomads (3rd XV) two weeks ago.
