U8`s Session 2 2016/17

Training Session 2
Fantastic weather.
Great turnout.
Boys all trained hard and with a smile on their faces.
Passing and Tagging on show was to a very high standard.
Seeing the ball move from end of the pitch to the other was a joy to see.
All of the boys listened and were engaged.
Only one person sent to the sin bin this week and that one of our coach`s Gavin for not listening.

New members feedback on U8`s training session

My first impressions are really positive:
1) The club and teams are well organised both during coaching sessions and with a good level of communication to parents on email.
2) The training session was fun and inclusive with exercises to make sure the children know one another's names.
3) The coaches' plan for the training sessions using drills to cement good basics of ball handling and passing and various ideas to keep it fresh.
4) The mixture of praising when the players get things right and having weekly awards for the kids to strive for is great.
5) The facilities at the club are great.
6) The coaching staff are friendly and work well together as a team
