1. Go to the clifton website www.cliftonrugby.co.uk
2. If you already have a ‘Pitchero Account’ and your details are up to date then goto step 4.
3. If you need to change details in Pitchero or create an account then ‘click on Pitchero’ in the top right hand corner of the website…You will need to log in to Pitchero – if you are already registered you will know your id (email address) and password. If not please log in using the email address you have already provided to us as we have pre-loaded your information, if you do not know what your password is please click on the "forgotten your password" link and you will be sent a link to your email account. If all else fails register as a new user but please try to log in using the details provided first as we have assigned players and parents to teams..
4. Choose Payments from the link at the top of the website
5. Select which product you want to purchase (I.e. One child, two children etc). Mini and Juniors are the same price for subs
6. Select "Buy this product via Go Cardless"
7. You will be prompted to add the names of your children and a few other details Note: these players need to be already on the membership database so that you can add them and they should have already been loaded. If not please contact your Team Admin
8. Select "Buy this product via GoCardless"
9. You will need to register with gocardless – just a few bits of information including bank details required
10. Complete the transaction.
11. If your details are not correct, then you will be re-directed to gocardless to correct them after ‘confirm transaction’
12. When the transaction is complete and monies are due to be paid you will receive a web page stating: ‘payment pending’…
